Commercial Property in Tampa Heights

The other day, we completed work on a commercial building in Tampa Heights. The entire building was painted in Shoji White. The pergola at the top under the weather vane was painted in Amazing Gray, and the shutters as well.

We knew it would be an awesome color change and we are very happy with how it turned out! It stands out nicely and looks incredible, giving it a modern look. First, we pressure washed the building, applied a good amount of sealer, checked the building for any cracks, and then got to the painting. The new, brighter look of the new colors really makes the building stand out.
